Recently we were excited to work with Cameron Hamilton, star of Love Is Blind on Netflix, as he embarked on his ARTAS® hair restoration journey. Not only is Cameron an international TV star, but he is also an accomplished AI/data scientist and entrepreneur in the field of Artificial Intelligence with his own company Alliance AI. When he was looking for a way to restore his hairline by leveraging advanced technologies, the ARTAS® Robotic Hair Restoration System naturally caught his attention. To begin his journey, Cameron traveled to New York to work with one of the best hair transplant surgeons in the world, Dr. Michael Wolfeld. Dr. Wolfeld is a double board-certified plastic surgeon who specializes in the field of hair restoration in Manhattan and was immediately sensitive to the added pressures placed on Cameron from being in the public eye. “You know, I’m on camera all the time,” Cameron explains. His receding hairline was constantly in the spotlight. “I felt like I couldn’t really style it in a way that looked good.” As such, Cameron is looking for natural-looking results that work with his lifestyle. He also has great support and encouragement from Lauren, his wife of three years whom he met on Netflix’s reality show sensation, Love Is Blind. “She wants me to be happy,” he says with a big smile.

The grafts are then transferred to the area where more hair growth is desired, mimicking the placement of natural hairs.
The FUE method has mostly replaced previous versions of hair transplantation surgery, including the strip method or Follicular Unit Transplantation (FUT). With the outdated FUT method, scarring was a major concern, and due to the nature of the surgery, the procedure was more painful and the healing process was much longer. The advancement of FUE systems such as the ARTAS® has significantly reduced, and even eliminated, many of those patient concerns. The ARTAS ® procedure is comfortable, leaves no linear scarring, and requires little in terms of recovery or aftercare. After the procedure, ARTAS® patients will see their hair grow in gradually, with full results in 9-12 months.
In the past, many clients have been primarily concerned about the stigma of baldness and undergoing hair restoration treatments. Venus Bliss™ is cleared by the FDA and licensed by Health Canada for non-invasive lipolysis of the abdomen and flanks in individuals with a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 30 or less, with the diode laser applicators. The (MP)2 applicator is cleared by the FDA for temporary reduction in the appearance of cellulite, and licensed by Health Canada for temporary increase of skin tightening, temporary circumferential reduction, and temporary cellulite reduction. Venus Bliss™ has CE Mark as a non-invasive medical aesthetic device enabling a comprehensive approach leading to body contouring, addressing fat reduction, skin tightening, circumference reduction, and cellulite reduction.

Venus Legacy™ is cleared by the FDA for the non-invasive treatment of moderate to severe facial wrinkles and rhytides in females with Fitzpatrick skin types I-IV with the OctiPolar™ and DiamondPolar™ applicators, and temporary reduction in the appearance of cellulite with the 4D Body (LB2) and 4D Face (LF2) applicators.
